Return Policy
Booty Pillows seeks a high level of customer satisfaction. Most of our items have a 14 day money back guarantee as long as the product is returned in its original packaging in a “brand new” condition. If you wish to return a product, you must first contact Customer Service and receive a Return Number. Once Booty Pillows receives and inspects the product, your credit card will be refunded the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping.
If you feel your product is defective and you seek an exchange for the same item, contact Customer Service to receive a Return Number. Booty Pillows will promptly replace your defective product with a new one.
Booty Pillows does not accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days from purchases.
Booty Pillows does not accept any returns on Limited Edition or Clearance items.
Shipping
Booty Pillows makes diligent efforts to ship your product promptly once we receive your order an payment clears. However, Booty Pillows makes no warranty of timeliness for receipt of your order. Booty Pillows generally ships from its warehouse within 3 business days of an order. However, this timing is no guarantee and shipment may be delayed due to supplies, the amount of orders, or any other reason whatsoever.
Because your agreement with Booty Pillows is a shipment contract, any damage that occurs during the shipping process is a matter between you and the shipping carrier. Booty Pillows will make reasonable efforts to assist you in pursuing any claim that may arise with your shipping carrier.
Booty Pillows only ships to the Continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO Locations at this time.
Booty Pillows makes no guarantee of timely arrival. Booty Pillows ships according to what it deems the quickest and most effective carrier. ”UPS 2 Day Air” does not necessarily mean that your package will ship via UPS. However, Booty Pillows will choose a carrier that supplies an estimated 2 day delivery. This same principal applies to any other rush types of shipment that are available or may be available in the future.

Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback, insufficient funds, or credit limit overages, you authorize Booty Pillows to charge you the total costs and fees of all chargebacks plus $25 and the total amount of products you purchased.
